The Bynum Group Seller Assurance

Sell with confidence.
Move with certainty.

Market your home with a full-service listing strategy while knowing your back-up option before you begin.

For qualified sellers and properties, Seller Assurance provides a written back-up option established before listing, giving you greater clarity as you plan what comes next.

More certainty for whatever comes next.

Selling your home is often only one part of a larger plan. You may be buying another property, building, relocating, simplifying, or working toward a closing date that can’t wait indefinitely.

Seller Assurance gives qualified homeowners a clearer path forward by combining professional market exposure with a guaranteed backup sale already established in writing.

Protect Your Value

We market your home first, giving qualified buyers the opportunity to produce the strongest reasonable result.

Know Your Guaranteed Option

Before listing, qualified sellers receive a written Seller Assurance price and timeframe. If the home does not sell according to those agreed terms, The Bynum Group’s Seller Assurance purchase option is there.

Plan What’s Next

Buy, build, relocate, or simplify with greater certainty about the home you’re leaving behind.

Market first. Certainty built in.

Seller Assurance is designed to pursue the strongest market outcome first—without leaving qualified sellers wondering what happens if the timeline runs out.

01

Establish Your Seller Assurance

We review your home, goals, timeline, and program eligibility. If your property qualifies, your guaranteed purchase price, timeframe, and program terms are established in writing before listing.

02

Launch to the Market

The Bynum Group markets your home with a full-service listing strategy designed to attract qualified buyers and pursue the strongest reasonable market result.

03

Keep the Better Outcome

If an acceptable outside offer produces a stronger result, you receive that benefit.

04

If It Doesn’t Sell, We Buy It

If your home has not sold within the agreed timeframe and the written program requirements have been satisfied, the Seller Assurance purchase option becomes available at the price established before listing.

Our first goal is to sell your home exceptionally well. Our promise is that you won’t be left without a plan.

Seller Assurance is not designed to replace traditional marketing with an immediate discounted purchase.

The market gets the first opportunity to deliver the stronger result. The guarantee gives qualified sellers certainty about what happens if it doesn’t.

That means you can move forward knowing both Plan A and Plan B before the sign ever goes in the yard.

Questions? Start here.

Is my home really guaranteed to sell?
For sellers and properties that qualify for Seller Assurance, yes. Your guaranteed purchase price, timeframe, requirements, and other terms are established in a written agreement before listing. If the home does not sell within those agreed terms and all program requirements are satisfied, the Seller Assurance purchase option becomes available.
Does every home qualify?
No. Seller Assurance is available only for qualifying sellers and properties. Eligibility, pricing, property requirements, marketing strategy, timeframe, and other program terms are reviewed before enrollment.
Is this the same as selling directly to a cash buyer?
No. Seller Assurance begins with full-service representation and market exposure. The goal is to sell your home to a qualified outside buyer for the strongest reasonable result. The guaranteed purchase is the backup option—not the first strategy.
What if I receive an outside offer for more than the guaranteed price?
The market gets the first opportunity to produce the stronger result. If you receive an acceptable outside offer that produces a better outcome, you receive that benefit subject to the listing and program terms.
How is my guaranteed price determined?
Your home and selling plan are reviewed as part of the qualification process. If the property qualifies, the Seller Assurance purchase price and applicable terms are presented and established in writing before listing.
How do I find out if I qualify?
Request a Seller Assurance consultation with The Bynum Group. We’ll review your home, goals, timeline, and whether Seller Assurance may be a fit.
